RETURN POLICY

For hygienic purposes all sales on down products are final. This is a precaution taken to protect both the end user and seller. Used down products cannot be returned to stock or resold. Should there be an unforeseen damage in transit or manufacturer defect your item may be replaced. If for any reason you believe your situation falls into these circumstances please contact info@simplydownproducts.com. All damages or defects will be reviewed on a case by case basis.
